Turn Your Eye Into a One-of-a-Kind Artwork

NEXT SESSION - TBC

Iris Photography is a really special experience where we turn your eye into a beautiful piece of artwork.

The session itself is quick and guided – I’ll take a close-up photo of your eye to capture all the unique colours and patterns that make it yours. Every final image is carefully edited by hand, so each piece is completely one of a kind.

Sessions are suitable for individuals, couples, and families. You can also choose to combine images to create a lovely piece that shows your connection together.

Appointments usually take around 10 minutes, depending on how many people are included. It’s quick, but never rushed – I’ll guide you through everything.

Sessions are for up to 4 people. Children just need to be able to sit still and follow simple instructions for a couple of minutes. If you’d like to include more than 4 people, just let me know and I can arrange extra time.

On the day, I’ll run through everything with you and show you all the options, so you can choose what you love 💛

Do you have toilet facilities?

Yes – there are shared toilet facilities available for clients to use. Please note that the toilets are located upstairs.

Can children take part in iris photography?

Yes – children are very welcome, as long as they are able to sit still for a short time or be held by a parent or guardian.

This helps ensure the image can be captured safely and clearly. While I always do my very best to photograph little ones, this isn’t always possible. If we’re unable to capture a usable image on the day, I’ll let you know and there will be no charge for that child.

Can we create a family or couple iris artwork?

Yes – this is a very popular option.

– 3 additional irises – £100

Each additional iris includes one natural image and one creative effect image either individually or as a group image.

A joint family iris artwork combines all selected irises into one single design, creating a meaningful piece of wall art.

You can swap individual effect images for one joint family artwork at no extra cost, or purchase additional family artworks for £30 per artwork.

Do I need to prepare for my iris photography session?

If possible:

– remove contact lenses before your session

If you wear glasses, you’ll simply remove them briefly for the photography.

Popular sizes include A4, A3, and larger statement wall art, depending on how you’d like to display it.

Is your studio wheelchair friendly?

The studio reception area is wheelchair accessible. The main shooting room does contain two steps; however, if you use a wheelchair, please let me know in advance.
